My doc told me absolutely no on any gummy vitamins because they lack something we need...but I don't remember what! 

Gummy multis are a very bad idea...... Your doc told you that because you will not get everything you need from them.

The omegas may or may not be differant ... But I am not sure.

I think any kind of gummy vitamins aren't great because they are hard tom digest and you may not absorb what you need from them.

I dont do the gummies for any supplement , but I did start using the supplement by Bioglan , its a kids  HIDHA Omega Fish oil , I take double dose and its a chewable burstlet you can twist off and pour into you mouth or dissolve capsule in your mouth.

chewables are usually what I take even though I hate the chalky taste ...but hey either that or issues
