Some Milestones...
Hi everyone,
I have reached some points in my life I thought I would never get back to.
1) From my highest weight I have lost 105 / 57 since surgery
2) I finally fit into an MRI machine...need answers for shoulder pain.
3) I wiped my own ass. It has probably been at least 100 years since I was able to reach. Granted I have a modified technique, but I did it all by myself and without having to take a complete shower or freaking out in embarrassment and stinking because I just wasn't able to.
4) Have begun writing again. Trying to get a working blog up and running.
5) My clothes are too big. I am changing sizes quickly.
6) A friend of mine said I had a nice ass. Ego boost! Yes, stroke the ego, nice ego.
7) Wrote my very first sentence in German...Ich liebe leben (I love life)! Granted I was interested in German because of my hottie German physical therapist. Hey, get the motivation where you can. :-)
8) I am no longer terrified of the treadmill. My next conquest is the stationary bike.
Hope everyone is doing and feeling well. Be kind to yourselves.

Laugh out loud...it does a body good
according to Google Translate, "wipe your butt" is "Wischen Sie den Po" in German. Allegedly.
