I want to thank Lora for recommending the Cytosport Pure Protein Drinks. I tried one today and it was AWESOME! I tried the watermelon and it tasted like drinking a tart jolly rancher. So yummy! It has 40 g protein and 0 carbs and 0 sugar! I finally found a protein drink I like. Thank you so much Lora!

I did check on them after Lora recommended them... My question is did you buy them online or an actual store? Because I really want to try them too. :)

I got them at Vitamin Shoppe but you can also buy them online by the case on the Vitamin Shoppe website. Here is the address:  http://www.vitaminshoppe.com/store/en/browse/sku_detail.jsp? id=CY-1101

As with all protein drinks, don't stock up until you've tried them and know if you like them.  I hate Cytosport.  To me, they have a terrible metallic aftertaste.  I tried diluting them with water, crystal light lemonade, etc.  and nothing helped.  I know Lora loves them, though.  Everyone has different tastes.

You're welcome.  I'm really glad you like it.  I feel bad when I read about people doctoring up the Isopure protein water to make it palatable because I think these taste really good (but I know Kelly disagrees, LOL.)

Some larger GNC stores carry them and they are also available from Amazon in single bottles and cases.

I just bought a case of the Tangerine about 2 weeks ago, but with my kidney stone episode yesterday (I probably have not been drinking enough with the heat) and not eating especially well when the belly pain kicks in, I ordered a case of the Watermelon earlier today so I can get more fluid and more protein without having to force myself to eat when I don't feel well.

I have some and I like the Tangerine "ok"... but to me they taste very syrupy sweet? I use them like Crystal Light now lol - drink a bit of my water then dash some Cytosport in. I can usually stomach it then. (of course, I am still pre- op so take that for what it is worth )

I had only tried the watermelon when I posted this. Over the weekend I tried the other 2 flavors and they are very strong. I poured them over ice so that when the ice melted it kind of watered it down. I might try watering them down a little bit. By far my favorite flavor is the watermelon because to me it tasted like drinking a watermelon flavored jolly rancher. The orange one tasted like Tang and I don't care too much for Tang. The tropical one (green) tastes like a pina colada but is very strong.
