Cheetos Cheese Puffs!
To be honest the first time I tried to eat a "snack" it felt like I had just eaten a boulder....maybe it was the "blockage" stoma issue....not sure but, it almost felt like I was having a heart attack.
My 250 weight issue was achieved by thinking I could eat anything. Re-think your input...SERIOUSLY!! From 1 friend weight loss loser to another.

You can only "cheat" if you are on a diet with a list of "approved" and "prohibited" foods. This is a lifestyle change, not a diet. The deprivation of certain foods in a diet eventually causes everyone to "cheat". Much better to learn a healthy way of eating that enables you to incorporate any food in an appropriate way. Just my opinion...

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.

I haven't. I have stayed completely away from sugar and wheat since my surgery. Cheating is not inevitable. Not saying I never will but I have found that when I avoid refined carbs I don't crave them and when I don't crave them I don't want them. It's like an alcoholic when they take a drink they can't stop. For me, anyway, because I believe I am addicted to refined carbs.
I also believe that during the weight lose phase it is very important to stick as closely as possible to your plan. The weight loss window is relatively short and you want to do everything you can to maximize your loss. Once you get to about a year or so out it is much harder to lose weight. After the weight is gone then you can try adding things in and seeing how they work but I you really want to hit your goal then now isn't the time to experiment.

Certainly not everyone tries them early out. I used to love Cheetos pre op but I didn't try them post op until about a whole year out.
