Rollercoasters have Gforce which could cause you to have problems especially with the bar pressing down, the poster above says they have been riding all summer long thats great but everyones diffrent, always consult your surgeon... alot of people here give their opinions but no ones a doctor.
My surgeon said 8-9 months and even longer to really make sure.... but again were all diffrent
Its not worth the risk for potential surgery again but thats me

I'm so jealous! Hershey Park is my absolute favorite!! I wish I still had my "I Survived the Sooper Dooper Looper" t-shirt from back in the day.
Ask your surgeon just to be sure. I don't think it's a silly question whatsoever. If you can do it, take a ride on the Comet and the Cyclops for me, wheeee!

I was in Disney back in May, I was 8 months post op at the time. I probably should have checked but I didn't and had a blast on the roller coasters. I will be going to Six Flags in a few weeks. I cannot wait. What a thrill to be able to fit on these roller coasters. Even did one in Wildwood NJ back in July.
