Which would you do?
Breast lift, for sure. That's the only one I want or think I need. I have some extra skin on my belly under under my arms, but not so much that it bothers me enough to want to have surgery for it. But my boobs? Yeah, they could sure use some help.
Please note: I AM NOT A DOCTOR. If you want medical advice, talk to your doctor. Whatever I post, there is probably some surgeon or other health care provider somewhere that disagrees with me. If you want to know what your surgeon thinks, then ask him or her. Check out my blog.
If I were independently wealthy (and could pay for any procedure plus round the clock care in case of complications), I would have my arms, tummy, breasts, thighs, and butt done. Since I am not, however, I opted to have my arms done (my batwings were huge and I missed not being able to wear sleeveless shirts for 20+ years) and my tummy and mons done. The boobs and thighs will just have to stay as they are. (Some PSs no longer even do thighs because of the high complication rate and the low level of patient satisfaction with the outcome, BTW.)

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.
Stomach and Man Boobs. I have already researched the stomach and selected the surgeon I will use when it is time and I can afford it. Taking care of these will allow me to ditch the compression shirts while working out.
Batwings are going away thanks to weight training.
