How to NOT gain weight back?
I've been at goal for 3 months now, and I'm hoping that being vigilant with intake and exercise does the trick. I jog 5 miles a day. I watch what and how I eat. I weigh myself daily and adjust accordingly. I don't listen to internal temper tantrums. I hope this works long term...one day at a time.

You will discover a sense of empowerment and peace you have never before experienced. You will come to believe you can overcome your challenges and find some joy in this world." Katie Jay
Lisa,
The trick to keeping the weight off for me is to stay active. I tend to be able to eat more and have gone back to eating and drinking at the same time. I went back into some bad habits, but maintained most of my good ones. I try not to eat things that are bad for me but when I do for a few days straight I tend to gain weight. So what I do to manage my weight when I do this is I stay physically active. I get out and run, walk, lift some weights, anything that will get my blood flowing and get me active because I find if I gain weight, its a lot easier to lose it. I guess some old habits die hard, but staying active really helps in maintaining. Which is why I have been successful these last 5 years.
