Day 4 of pre-op diet and tests

Well I ain't gonna lie, this week has been kind of rough.  I started my pre-op diet Monday and had the EGD and education class and lab work/.xray/ekg Tuesday.  All ok on EGD--the test for h-pylori was negative.  Yesterday was a very stressful day at work and I felt weak and hungry.  We had fall faculty conference and they served my favorite foods all day.  I could have eaten the table.  And I had to pee every hour!!  But it was a lot better today.  I'm not as hungry and I am 9 lbs down.

But today my surgeon's office called and my bilirubin is elevated.  The doc wants a CT abdomen scan and hepatitis test.  I have those Tuesday; my surgery is the following Monday.  Should I be worried?  Has this happened to anyone else?
