I am so excited!!! I thought I woulnt be able to but I did it

I reached my own personal goal.... My dr's goal is still 9 lbs less but... I am thrilled where I am at and love my rny!!!

Congrats... you may find that you go even lower in a while....

I find it so intereting that MOST people on this board have HIGHER goals than their doctor's goal. I was just the opposite.. I had a lower goal than my doctor's....

Good for you, in such a short time as well!

I never got a goal from my doctor....hmm? Until right now I never thought about it, like he left it up to us to see where we wanted to be. How do doctor's set goal weights? Is it based on BMI, like when you reach less then 25 you can stop?
