I am not a vitamin guru, but seems to me your doc will analyze this for you and let you know?
I, myself, have to go get labs done this month and then have to go see my doc.

Docs do review your labs and let you know if they think they are OK.  Sometimes they say things are Ok when they really aren't as good as most people would like them to be, though.  For instance, the OP's vitamin D level is only 36.  Most docs will say that's OK but there is now research that shows if it is below 80, you are at increased risk for osteoporosis and a number of other things you don't want.  Reviewing the numbers yourself is always a good idea.

Most of this looks good to me.  I would up your protein a little bit - ideally the total protein would be at least 7.0.

Your B12 is beautiful and your ferritin is outstanding.  Seriously, it seems pretty rare in RNY folks to have a ferritin level above 100.  Even about 50, really.  Yours is great and make sure you continue taking your iron so it stays that way.  It seems to be super hard to get it up if it falls.

Your D is too low.  I know your lab reports says it's in the normal range but research shows that below 80 you don't absorb calcium as well so you're at higher risk for osteoporosis.  You're also at higher risk for cancer, heart disease and other stuff you don't want.  Almost everyone in the US, RNY or not, is deficient though so you're not alone.  Are you taking any D3 right now?

There are lots and lots of tests I don't see here.  They checked your ferritin but not iron?  I'm also not seeing thiamin, vitamin A, zinc, copper, PTH...  Those are ones I would absolutely want done.  I also do vitamin E, vitamin K, B6 and selenium but some people don't think those are really necessary.

The only way to get your D levels up is to take a dry D3 as a post op. DO NOT buy the D3 in a softgel, as the oils will not allow you to absorb it properly.  I've battled D issues since I had RNY some 5+ years ago.  Script D is a waste of time, as 6 months of usage only increased my D levels from an 8 to a 14.  I've taken a dry D3, 50K IU, 4 per week for the past 2+ years. Labs 11 months ago showed a 65 for D.  Much better than initial labs, but still short of the 80-90 preferred.  I now take 50K IU daily, and my hopes that next month's labs will indicate the targeted area for vitamin D.  Standard vitamin D is D2, that is poorly absorbed as a post op.  The 50 K IU are not typically available from any local stores.  Vitalady.com carries them, and that's where I get mine.  Please do the D3, as it will be beneficial in absorbing your calcium citrate. Thanks to all for your input.  Poet Kelly, both the surgeon's office and PCP said that the labs were fine,  That is why I asked here and was hoping you would respond.  Thanks.  I will be seeing my surgeon next week as I am constantly tired and I will ask him if he will write a script for the other tests you stated.

Some people say when their vitamin D is low like yours is, they feel tired.  I did not notice any more energy when I got my D up, but that might help you feel better.
