Sleeves (The shirt kind)

My shirts look like I stole them from the local camping gear store, but I can't go to a smaller size because of my arms.  Right now it is still fat (I do arm work at the gym, as well as pushups and plank pulls) , but will all of that skin keep me needing big sleeves in my shirts?

I've heard that some folks do have to buy bigger shirts to accomodate the bat wings.  Kinda sucks, eh?  If you can sew at all maybe you can tailor them some.  Or find someone to do that for you.  Best of luck!

I know you can by compression garments (I currently call them squish-me-ins) that have arms to hold all that in a little bit.  I got one at Target and it works just fine, but other stores/brands probably have them as well.  Might want to try one and see if it helps you in this situation.

Best of luck!

My arms have definitely improved with my continued weight loss and weight training in the past year. I don't like CAP sleeves at all since they seem to make my arms look worse but this summer I wore sleeveless shirts for the 1st time EVER and felt good in them! So keep working out and give your arms time to change--also remember that sometimes we don't loose weight evenly ie I lost all my butt first and my stomach was the last thing to start shrinking.

Ugh.. I think , with the exception of my arms, I am losing top down.   I do so want to wear sleeveless shirts!  I am working the pushups and arm exercises the best I can right now, hoping to get more and better as time goes by some.
