I'm asking what did I do.Why did I put my self thru all this pain.I'm not seeing the big picture yet. I don't think I ever will!!!!!

You don't say but I suspect your an early post-op? Pretty common feelings for less than a month out. It'll get better, it just takes some time.

What you did to yourself? YOU GAVE YOURSELF the best gift you could have. A opportunity to live!!

Give yourself a break, soon you will be asking "Why didn't I do this sooner?"

 I felt the same way for 6 weeks... now I wouldn't change a thing!! You will feel better I promise

Don't worry, we're in the same boat. I'm getting upset and frustrated as well. I'm 2 weeks post op and I feel like because I don't see results, it didn't work lol, but I know it's not a miracle surgery so we just have to toughen up and keep on trucking because from what I've seen, it does get better.

It's very common to have regrets at your stage, and you may have them for awhile because of the fear and the pain and the newness. I sure did!!

But I promise it will get lots better as you get used to things and the weight falls off!
