How about another protein drink or two?  That is how I increased my calories and my protein, not to mention fluid, in one shot.

In my 1st 3 months, I only lost 39lbs.....

Look for other signals that it's time to eat (shaky, lightheaded, etc.), or just get in the habit of regular meal times.  Adding a protein shake or bar is a great idea.

Can you add a protein shake?  Or at least a glass of skim milk?  What about eating Greek yogurt instead of Carbmaster?  I love Carbmaster but Greek will probably have more calories.  You can also stir a little protein powder into your yogurt to up the calories and protein.

Be cautious with nuts - my pouch often doesn't like them and I get nausea.

I agree with using more protein powder or RTD.  I put protein powder in my unflavored greek yogurt. Hot protein lattes are good choice - if you like coffee.

I'm much further out than you (29 months) and if I'm not at 1200 calories by the end of the day - I have 1-2 Tablespoons of peanut butter (alot of calories - some (not much) protein). It also takes little pouch space.
