On pureed stage... still having trouble getting in foods and protein drinks. The foods to me are still to heavy for my pouch and I am tired of protein shakes... (+/-4weeks of only those). Can I try a jamba juice lite and add a boost protein??? or is this something that I should avoid.

hmm I would be careful because unless you know how much sugar you can handle it could be a dissaster if you are out of the house and start to dump.. then again you never know till you try.. you still need to drink your protien shakes so I wouldnt start substituting one for the other but for a little taste bud break you could try the JJ.. good luck :)

my NUT advised us that ANYTHING new we try, try it at home first. If you dump, you'll wanna be close to a bed and a toilet for a couple hours.

Their drinks are loaded with Sugar and the Protein Boost is not enough. Have you tried the Nectar Protein Shakes?

How do you add protein powder to coffee and not have it clump?

Sexykat- this is how I do it...
I put 4 oz milk in blender cup with 2 tbsp of SF syrup (hooked on hazelnut right now) and 3 splenda with a scoop of protein powder. (BSN Syntha-6 vanilla or Body Fortress chocolate are the ones I have used). I shake it up really well then put in the microwave (after I take metal ball out) and nuke it for @45 seconds. Then I whisk it while I pour coffee in. It doesn't clump on me at all.

Now I did try to do the same exact thing but with Cinnamon Roll BSN powder and it was nasty. It clumped and was really thick. I poured that right out!!!
