 NUMMY looks good.  i grew up with something called cooked ham and cabbage.  My mom would simmer a ham bone till the meat fell off the bone.  A couple hours. Then she would throw in some salt and pepper, cubed carrots, potatoes and some onions and she would take about a med. head of cabbage and quarter it and throw that in.  Cook it all until the vegies are done.  Really its better when its cooked longer.  nummy.. thanks for the recipe.  can't wait to eat this stuff again..lol tomorrow i go to soft foods and off of puree.
