I eat Chobani Greek yogurt - flavored with fruit - wonderful !  It is so filling - then eat a piece of fruit.  The Greek yogurt will stay with you longer than the other.  Good Luck - I am into my 19 month post surgery and met my goal weight and still do the Greek yogurt - also try Kashi cereal in a few weeks, very filling as well.  Also - oatmeal with a dab of butter and fruit works.  I just never got filled with cottage cheese- experiment what I have found is what may work  for one may not work for me. Congratulations!!!!

I think Greek yogurt tastes alot like sour cream but I know how much protein it has it in so here's what I do for breakfast:

1/2 c. Greek yogurt w/1 packet Sweet-n-low or Splenda
1 tbl PB2 or PB2 Chocolate or you could do fresh strawberries, etc.
1/2 c. Special K Protein Plus low carb cereal for some added crunch

Overall a really tasty breakfast.  I've also recently found out about protein coffee.  You could try that.
