My Latest Adventure!
Well this past Sunday I had the pleasure of not only completeing my first 15K race but actually running the entire distance. I was freaked out the night before, so much so that I wanted to puke which I think a couple peopleattributed to my dinner I nice Baked Potato which was a good thing because I had forgot to bring my energy gels I normally would have used in the race.
My first goal was to just finish the race which I did. My Second goal was to fini**** in under 1:45 which I did with a finiish time of 1:37:59
. After he race I enjoyed some Bananas Pizza and Low Cal G2. As is typical of me after an accomplishment like this I then backed away from food for a few days and went back to mushy foods (I got to figure out why I do this).
Well a week from this comming Sunday I have my first Half Marathon, I so need to pack the night before to make sure I have my gels.
For those who care here is a link showing the run details (I so love techie toys)

Good Luck with the half marathon! I love to read about what you're doing- it's so inspiring to me! Thanks for sharing your Garmin info, too. One day- if I start running again- I want one of those. I love all the info. Anyway, keep up the good work, enjoy your runs, and keep us posted! I love to live vicariously. :)
