Let's do lunch!
I am eating frozen WW or Lean Cuisines and I look for the ones the lowest in carbs, but they are hard to find. So I need some good ideas that are: 1) cheap 2)quick 3)travel well 4)tasty 5)low carb.
I like pretty much everything, so I am open to all suggestions. Thanks!
Yesterday I had half an egg salad sandwich. You could skip the bread if you wanted or make a wrap with a low carb tortilla. I guess my half a sandwich was pretty cheap, although I used free range eggs that I bought directly from a local farm and paid a lot more for them than you would pay for eggs bought at the grocery store.
Most days I eat leftovers from dinner the night before. When I cook dinner, I usually make extra on purpose so I can have leftovers for lunch.

I have a couple of things I eat a lot .. chicken salad w/half a flatbread or a small cheeseburger (no bun) and some raw veggies. I am also on a cauliflower soup kick lately and some days I eat a bowl of it before I eat other stuff.
I eat leftovers too. Today I had ricotta gnocchi with a tomato meat sauce.
I don't know what you mean by travel well. I always put my lunches into an insulated bag with a frozen blue ice pack.

I also eat peanut butter sandwiches on whole grain bread (just one slice.) I do Subway kids meal with turkey and cheese. I eat a small Wendy's chili and it totally fills me up. I get the protein plate from Starbucks and ditch the scone/bread they put on it and eat everything else.
Yesterday I ate a egg white omelet with mushrooms, onions, green peppers, tomato, and cheese and half a piece of toast. I brought the fruit cup (strawberries, grapes, cantaloupe) to work for a snack later.
