Are these what your dr recommended?  or what you have collected from others opinions?

My Dr. has not gone into detail about vitamins yet. I dont even have a date yet. Should be by the end of this year.

Ive collected this information from people on the board and Googled it to be sure. I will also discuss what I have and plan to use with my Dr before begining a regimine.

What is are papaya enzymes for?

Also, I see you have Feosol, for Iron, I was told not to take an iron tablet whole b/c it wouldn't be absorbed-unless I cru**** and put it in applesauce.  I plan on buying the Bariatric advantage Iron chews.

Also, since you haven't bought your Citrical yet, let me recommend the Bariatric Advantage Calcium Chews in caramel flavor-so yummy!

What surgery are you having?  Good luck to you!

Papaya enzymes are to help digest "stuck" food. I havent heard about having to crush our iron or take it in a chew. I will see what my Dr. says. The BA calcium chews in caramel sound yummy. I dont know if Ill be ordering anything through the mail yet. So far Ive been able to get everything I need at CVS. Im having the RNY.

A word of caution.  I'm almost 2 months out, and still cannot tolerate most pills.  Don't stock up too much until you know what you personally can tolerate.  I also developed lactose intolerance, so I had to give away my initial purchase of protein powder.

All of the pills are chewable except for the iron carbonyl. As far as protein I picked up some Isopure RTD in grape crush and fruit punch to try. Im going to order the Isopure unflavored powder to add to food and make drinks with.
