If any of you live near Upland, California and you want lucious treats, you should know about a marvelous place called The Thinnery.

This bakery has been around for over 30 years now and is totally devoted to sugar free desserts.  I won't be able to have any again for a while, but thought you guys whould know about it.  They even have gluten free desserts for those of you who need that.

Here is their website:  www.thethinnery.com/index.html

Hi Susan.  I will officially tell you that when you are able to have some, this place is great.   They even have sugar free pastries for the morning, have a little tea with it and it is so nice.  They have ice cream, yogurt, actual sugar free candy and so on.  I highly recommend them all.  Hope all is going well with you.

Hi, Dawn!

Yes, their desserts are awesome!  I've enjoyed them over the years and am looking forward to being able to tantalizing my tastebuds there again...

I'm doing great so far outside of bouts of constipation.  Have lost about 18 pounds since 9/23.  And tomorrow I head out for Vegas!   Yeee-hawww!!!
