they sell sugar free cough drops, and also liquid tylenol. Might have to ask the pharmacist how much sugar is in the liquid tylenol. It doesnt say on the bottle. hope you feel better.
I am a little further out than you, but I am able to use Day Quil and Ny Quil without problems. I also use the sugar free cough drops and tylenol quick dissolve tablets.
