Quick question...
Minimum recommendation is 500mcg daily. You can opt for 1000mcg or higher, but not take them each day, but every 2 or 3 days. Sublinguals I've used tend to be cherry flavored, but I've not tried every brand out there. Buy 2 get 3 free is likely Puritan Pride. They have these sales several times a year. B12 is the only thing you really need as a sublingual for absorbtion. Don't know about the taste of these though. I buy other Puritan Pride products and have been happy with them. I buy their vitamin K to help prevent bruising, as well as stool softners, dry vitamin E, etc. DAVE

I imagine you can taste any brand of sublingual.
