I finally did it... I lost 100 pounds... well 101 to be exact!... I was worried I would never reach this goal... I'm so excited... I'll be happy dancing all day

Yes that is me... although I only WISH we looked like sisters but I'll take the compliment with a smile :)
I unfortunately have not been a big exerciser... I wish I could... I only actually go to the gym maybe twice a month and thats usually right around the time they debit it from my account and I start feeling guilty... I have got to change that immediately though because my bat wings are pretty bad... lol... I did measure and weigh my food until around the 3 month mark but then it just became second nature to only get what I needed... I have overate at times and do not like the bloated feeling it gives me... I log my food on myfitnesspal.com most days just to keep track... I have been lucky in the fact that I still do NOT get hungry... I hope that last forever although I know it won't... Also I have yet to have any pasta or rice... I do have bread once in a while but not often... Always get your protein first and stop when you have the first sensation of being full... and water, water, water... Good luck on your journey! :)
