Ok...so I hate posting before pictures because...well....ew. However, I know that preops and others like to see them. I know I did. This was a couple of months prior to surgery. I was probably in the high 280s or low 290s

10 months out...I am 180-ish.

Thank you so much for posting these pictures, and congratulations on your great achievements!!!!! I started at about your highest weight and although I am losing on a pre-op diet, it does my heart good to see pictures like this......something to shoot for......a light at the endof the tunnel......the open door to my new life. I'm up to bat on December 5.......Thanks you so much......we all appreciate it and we all applaud your success!!!
