Before I had my surgery, I enjoyed looking at other "progress" photos. I found it very motivational for me. I hope my photos help motivate others.

 Great job! Keep up the good work! You look great! It is so nice to see progress on our WL journeys. It keeps me focused. And I rely so much on our communications on this board to keep me in line. This is definitely motivational!

It also helps me see where I started and where I am now.  When I look in the mirror every day it doesn't look like much difference, but when I compare my beginning photo to my "now" photo I see a HUGE difference.
