What do you put as your starting weight... your weight the first day you started your journey (the day you first stepped into the doctor's office); your weight the day of surgery; or your weight the day you came home from surgery (for me, this was higher than the day I went into the hospital -- fluid gain)?

I believe I used my presurgery weight, but if you started at one weight then lost a few pounds presurgery would go with that initial weight. Congrats on your journey!

I use what I weighed when I started my pre-op diet.

I used the weight I had on my scale the morning of surgery and have gone from there. My Dr.s scale is 2lbs. more than mine. Keep up the good work!
