Calcium Question?!?
Why doesn't Bariatric Advantage sell a Calcium capsule? Is there something with the RNY that we cannot absorb a calsium capsule?!? I much rather swallow all my vitamins than sit there for 5 mins trying to chew this chalky thing to death...
I found this: http://www.vitaminworld.com/calcium-594/calcium-600-mg-vitam in-d3-004235 and wanted to know if this was something I could replace my calcium chews with.
Any help would be appreciated!!!

Adjusting my B12 intake and increasing my dry D3 to get to 80+ have been my only issue. Low D issues are very common, so taking a dry D3 is very important. My surgeon urges newer post ops (12 wks or less) to use liquid or chewable vitamins , but that's it. At 9 months post op, the only reason for chewable vitamins would be a personal choice, not a necessity. DAVE

Here is a couple I found just at one website. I think vitaladys prices are not comparable when I compared them before. So I look around.
