christmas goals.... how are you doing?
I started this goal at 185 i think. I'd gained about 10 pounds with the surgery, fluids, and sitting on my butt. I'm back to 185 today. So I'm back where I started. But at least I'm moving back in the right direction. I'm doing a 5 day detox from carbs. (pouch test?) I had protein coffee (decaf of course). For lunch today, I'm having more protein coffee. Not a big coffee drinker, but I'm drinking it. It's one of the few ways I can get protein powder in. Dinner will be a sugar free chocolate milk. Tomorrow, much the same. I need to boast this weight loss. I'm tired of these 180's

I may have to do detox or do something else myself. I have been stalled at 187 for 2 weeks and have only lost 3 pounds this whole month. VERY frustrating since I'm only at the 6 month mark.
So there is no way I am going to make my Christmas goal now. I had wanted to lose 100 pounds by the end of the year, but with 17 pounds still to go at this point, I know that's expecting too much. I'm OK with that, though. I just keep reminding myself that this is a journey and as long as I stay on track, I'll get there eventually.

I am 2 months out and have lost 35 pounds so far. I am hoping to be under 200 by Christmas, but not sure that will happen. I am working out more and this week going to stick to my shakes just because I feel I haven't been doing so great getting the protien in. If I don't get below 200 by Christmas, I'm not going to be too worried about it, as long as the scale keeps going down :)
Late October/November I experinced a slow down in my weight loss. But as faras a goal number of pounds i do not have one. I am aiming to establish a healthy lifestyle that will stick with me forever. I have read from some of the bloggers here on OH that their bodies stopped at a certain weight range and that was it. I do have certain NSV that have occured such as having a #1 in front of my weight, wearing clothing in sizes I wore high school. My goal over the holiday season is to not gain weight. It felt like Thanksgiving was a rehearsal for whats coming over the next few weeks. Kawren
My goal for christmas is to be at 170. I have 8 pounds to lose. I know that means that I have to be more active. I have been letting my exercise slip a little but still manage a visit to the gym about 3 days a week. I also have a goal to be able to run for the whole 5k by new years. I am at about 2 miles right now but get stronger each time.
