I am fighting the carb demons as well and working hard to get that under control. Like a previous poster said, sometimes I have food in my hand and have to physically make myself put it back. It is hard! I also agree with Nik. Moment by moment. Just because you got off track today doesn't mean you have to wait until tomorrow to get back on. The very next moment you can get back on. Make a better decision the very next time you have to eat/drink.
