I have only done that twice but they say the best thing to do is sleep it off

I've only had it once! But I think it lasted about an hour.

It has happened to me a few times but once it's over, it's over.
It lasted about 10 min to about and 1 1/2 hours depending on what and how much of the bad stuff I ate.

I've had it happen a lot. I can eat something one day and be fine. Eat it next time and dump on it. Crazy. I have had it last a couple hours.

Met my first goal, met my second goal, met my surgeons goal. Now I have a new goal!

Couple hours for me so far, and they are right. Sleep it off. Being up only makes it much worse.

dumping is a horrible feeling. sometimes i have to lay on my left side for about an hour. thats helps to pu**** on thru. .. dumping sucks....
