If there is a vanilla you tolerate, you could add chocolate syrup (sugar free) or a spoonful of sugar free chocolate pudding to it for a chocolate flavor.
Please note: I AM NOT A DOCTOR. If you want medical advice, talk to your doctor. Whatever I post, there is probably some surgeon or other health care provider somewhere that disagrees with me. If you want to know what your surgeon thinks, then ask him or her. Check out my blog.
If you have a vanilla you can use as Kelli suggested not only could you do a SFchocolate syrup, I have been adding Hershey's baking chocolate, which is not dutch processed so it has the beneficial flavanoids in it, that would give you the chocolate flavor you like. I don't add any sweetener as I find it balances out the sweetness of the protein powder, many of which are too sweet to me. Experiment, but I put in a big heaping TBS. of the powder. Also, Sam's Club carries a large size that is much more reasonable than the grocery store. I buy a few at a time because I use it every day.
i like them thick, so i actually eat them with a spoon. makes me think i'm eating a milkshake lol. i use a lot of ice to between 4-6 ounces of milk/liquid.
