the BOMB! I bought morning star - tomato, basil pizza burger
(10 g. protein, 120 calories, 6 fat and 2 sugars). Its one of those meatless deals. Yum, yum, yum!

Sounds yummy.  When I read your title I was thinking the dried bagged TVP that they sell in the baking aisle.

I used that as bread crumbs.  I mix it with a little panko or whole wheat crackers - whir it up in the food processor, sprinkle it on top of whatever and bake.

It didnt take me long to start eating semi solids. As long as you chew thoroughly and swallow small to medium bites and make sure it settles right before your next bite, you'll be fine

Yes, it really is great. For people who aren't tuned into it, we're talking about the imitation vegetarian meats. My two favorite brands are Morningstar Farms (in the frozen case, near the breakfast sausages) and LightLife (in the refrigerated part of the produce aisle).

As I type this, I'm dining on some delicious chili my wife made from LightLife fake chopped meat. Yum! one half-cup has 12 g protein in only 110 calories!
