Please Help! I CANNOT get to my goal weight!!!!! (B/A Pictures)
I've looked at the stats on the fudgesicles and they aren't that great, so I made my own. Use a popsicle mould and pour in prepared SF/FF Chocolate Fudge pudding mix. It doesn't need anything else and tastes really creamy and chocolatey. Plus, I think they don't melt as fast as regular fudgesicles (as least as best as I can remember from the last time I had one pre-op) so I get to enjoy it longer. My stats, based on using skim milk and getting 6 fudgesicles is 52 cals, 9g carbs, 1g fibre, 4g sugar (naturally occuring in the milk) and 3g protein. Hope that helps!
Take a step back and look at yourself. You may be at goal, and no matter how much you fight it, you may not be able to go any lower.
Try not to fixate on a number or a size in a label.
Are you healthy? Do you feel good?
Is it worth DIETING (read depriving) yourself to crazyland when your body knows best and will stop when it is done?
Yes, you should exercise, and yes you should eat healthy. BUT only your body knows when it is done....and maybe you are there and should be focusing on maintenance.

AMEN! Couldn't have said it better myself.
The first part of this journey is losing the weight. Most people say the second part is maintaining the loss, but I'd beg to differ. The second part is ACCEPTANCE. Accept your body, accept yourself and there lies the key to long-term happiness.
She is gorgeous. And healthy. And seems to be vibrant.
I don't see a thing that needs to be changed.

Hello Kiya...
First I must say "WOW-WOW-WOW" you look fabulous! You are doing a great job in your journey. We all have bad days but I've learned to take it day by day...stick to your plan one day at a time. I had several plateau's during my journey and now I have gained about 15 lbs back since my lowest. During my first 1 1/2 years post op it was easier for me to lose the weight because I was really working the program and I exercised to some degree about 5 - 6 days a week. It helped me get to my goal but I must say that I did get burnt out.
My words of advice would be to try changing your eating plan and exercising routine around for about 6 - 8 weeks and see if you notice a difference. Sometimes it takes the complete opposite of what you have been doing to give you a body a chance to shake it off a little. I use to alternate weeks of jogging and the next week lift weights and do about 20 min of cardio on the elliptical every other day. Sometimes it was enough to give my body that jolt to let loose of a few pounds.
Also, changed my protein to carb ratio around. I would have a couple weeks where I ate 90% -95% protein daily. That kept my carbs down to about 25 - 30 grams daily, the weight would come off then when I hit another plateau, I would increase my carbs to about 40-50 grams per day.
That seemed to do it for me but I too had plateaus and as I said I have gained a little weight back now that I am fighting to get off.
All in all, it's about enjoying the journey..discovering yourself-how beautiful you are, how strong you are and finding the inner determination to keep at it. Not to mention trying new activities, or new things that you were not able to do before.
Keep up the good work and I hope you have a very blessed 2012 !! I wish you all the best of luck with reaching your goals!
