Has anyone else lost 90 pounds in 3 months

My dr told me I am losing fast. I dont know how to slow it down. I'm eating what I am suppose to. Anyone else lose fast like this?

I too lost weight like that.  I have now lost 200lbs and I am 18 months out.  Just make sure your getting the amount of protein and water in and you should be ok.

Ya I lost about that at 3mons. My Dr wasn't concerned. He said to continue what I am doing. He said that I should start losing slower. He was right. As long as you get your vitamins, protein and water in I think you're doing pretty well.

It looks like you want to lose 150 lbs total so 90 lbs is well over 50% of EWL, which I was told happens around 6 months, so yes, you are losing very fast.  Personally I don't see a problem with it but I'm not a doctor.  You may want to ask him what the dangers are if you lose weight so fast.  In the meantime you can add some more food, maybe another protein shake, to make sure you are getting enough to eat.
Are you working with a NUT?  They should be able to help you find a good eating plan.

 I lost 83 pds in 17 months.. The Dr told me it would come off slow.. I was 218 and I'm now 135.

I lost 90 in 4 months and my dr warned me that I was losing lean muscle mass.  He cautioned that I would experience bounce back weight gain.  You should start exercising if you are not doing that already.  My lowest was 137 at 14 months out and about 36 months out up until now (6 years) I have maintained between 160 and 170.
