ok, I am 21 days shy of a year I have been stuck at the same weight for the last 3 months, is my weiht loss over Im still 223 pounds would like to see 190, 180 is even better or could it be the carbs I have let back into my life, thinking about trying liquid for a week or two, any suggestions?
            Highest weight- 325  Day of surgery- 301  Post surgery -306

 I find I do better w/o the carbs and I feel better too!  I look at carbs and there goes my weight... Also, try uping your protien and increase your exercise! Both of these do help.  Good luck!

Just go back to basics: protein FIRST ALWAYS, limited processed carbs, lots of water except with meals, portion control.  That will reinforce your new, healthy eating habits.  All going back to liquids will do is reinforce the old dieting mentality (and we all know how well dieting works!)

How many calories have you been getting?  How much protein?  Any exercise?  It's hard to know what to suggest without knowing what you've been doing.
