GREEK YOGURT!!

I tolerate most things fairly well.. but I've mixed tons of things with Greek yogurt to make it more palatable! I've chopped a few pecans and drizzled some sugar free butter pecan coffee syrup on it, mixed it with powdered SF Jello pudding mix, stirred in a french onion soup packet and dipped carrot chips in it, added espresso powder and drizzled with SF chocolate syrup, banana slices with a Splenda packet on top and even used maple syrup flavoring (SF) and walnuts. I really, really, really like these little tiny containers of intense flavors that I got at a baking specialty shop - they come in really cool flavors and a drop with a packet of Splenda is more go-to for shoving the Greek yogurt down. They are awesome!! https://www.lorannoils.com/c-10-bakery-emulsions.aspx

Use it as a replacement to sour cream.  It has a similar taste and same consistancy.  I make dip with it by adding ranch dressing powder.

Mix with any flavor sf pudding powder,  sf fruit jelly/jam/preserves,  sf syrups.

I like the idea of a dip. The pudding powders seem to be a good idea too.

I used to hate it, but had some last week by "dipping" a slice of turkey bacon into and then eating. It was yummy. Next I might try mixing in a little sugar free Jam.

I know it's not the best tasting stuff around, but it has a good amount of protein. Lot of bang for the buck.

Not all of them have that tang you mention.  Try the Dannon Oikos vanilla Greek yogurt.  Walmart carries it for a dollar a container.  It is not tangy at all, and I even like it plain.
