had surgery today

Everything went well even with the thickening of my stomach from the band. worst part was the nausea, but they got that under control. I had more pain with the lap band surgery.

Everyone who is going next- it really is ok!!!

Update tomorrow.

Congrats - I am amazed that you are awake and posting. My first few days were a blur for sure.....I liked the pain pump a little too much I think.

I agree. I brought my laptop to the hospital and it was a waste of time since I was in no shape to use it.

So glad you are doing so well, all things considered. I'm having a similar surgery on the 25th so it's good to read this. I kinda wonder if you'll remember writing this later on, though. You could get away with saying a whole bunch of stuff that you claim not remembering later on! Have some fun with it!
