Hate Protein Powder
Do you think I need to worry about getting enough protein? So far my goal, 5 days out, is to make sure I stay hydrated and to eat properly so I don't end up in pain. I only seem to eat protein at this point, and I make sure I eat my multivitamin every day. Do you think I'm doing a bad job with my diet?
Which brands have you tried? I'm guessing not that many at just five days out.
How have you tried fixing them? Added to foods? In cold shakes? In hot drinks?

You need the protein. If you don't get in the habit and can't find the taste now, you won't do it later. If you don't have enough protein your body will break down it's own muscle, including the heart, to get some. Don't put off the protein.
This is coming from the Queen of hating protein, but I choke it down as often as possible. There are sites to help you find ways to make it taste better, but it never does for me. I found Pure Protein is the one I can stand, that and Atkins mocha flavor but it only has 15 grams of protein so that isn't a lot.
