Good news :)
My surgeon is pleased.... Even though I've really taken NO vitamins for a month, my blood levels are good. Not great, but good. I am low normal on d, so we've increased my D3 (dry). My b12 is normal, high side. My iron is normal ranges. All of them are good.
I am taking them more. Spoke to the surgeon about the zofran. He'd told me I can't take it forever. This time he decided it's ok. So I take it an hour before my vitamins. The new iron doesn't bother me at all. The calcium is still an issue. And B12, well I take that and the calcium an hour after the zofran, and I'm good. I've not had any issues in 5 days, thanks to this new regime. It feels good!
Now if I could get the doggone scale to move again.

PS if anyone is interested, I can post my levels tomorrow.

Have you considered using the Upcal D calcium powder rather than taking calcium pills? It mixes into any liquid and i have never heard of anyone having trouble tolerating it.

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.
