What did you do / eat today?

This morning I participated in my 5th 5k ... I jogged and walked (mostly walked) and managed to shave 2:04 off my time! Not a speed record at 50:06, but I'm still excited  :)
 Then I bought a BIKE and went for a ride about 1.5 miles... then gardened and horsed around with teen nephews.

B - half of my protein shake (choc chike, PB2)
 L - 1 pork rib, no BBQ; about 1/2c or so of steamed cabbage
 S - laughing cow light herb and garlic
D - tilapia w/ provolone,  steamed broc / cauli / carrots

Later I will probably have some turkey pepperoni and laughing cow light

I will have a snack before bed but I don't know what.  Nothing has been sounding very appealing lately.

I did not do much.  Watched a couple movies, did a little writing.

 I'm in weekend mode, which means I forget to eat and pretty much set a horrible RNY example...

B - whole wheat PB crackers on the way to yoga.

Hour of kick my ass yoga.

Protein drink on the way to the store.  Bottle of water.

Starbucks skinny decaf latte.

NSA hot chocolate.

Protein Bar.

Slice of NSA apple pie and an ounce of smoked cheddar.

I need to go get a few more bottles of water in and call it a day.

roast chix and veggies

prolly for dinner a left over meatball and spaghetti sauce

I worked today and had to get up at the crack of dawn...no exercise!

L - taco salad 3 0z beef, little lettuce, little cheese and big spoon of greek yogurt mixed with salsa for dressing
S - 1 cup lt vanilla soy milk with a chai tea bag, packet of splenda (yummo)
D - 3 oz swai, 1/8 cup 3 bean salad, slice of sweet potato

Today was a sensative pouch day today for me

BREAKFAST
Egg, fresh, 1 large
Salsa, 15 grams     LUNCH Chicken Breast, no skin, 35 grams Black Forrest Ham, 45 gram(s)     DINNER Tomato juice, with salt added, 6 mL Ground beef, lean, 52 grams Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 89 grams     EVENING SNACK Protein Shake, 1 serving

The lunch meat got semi stuck and ruin the rest of the day for me.  Exercise was nothing, cause I'm the lazy today...I need to renew my gym membership for feb.

Yesterday was my first day exercising in like over a year so I'm sore but will do more weights tmrw

 Sunday's post:

The apple pie went in the trash last night.  Just opened it up and dumped it out.  I wanted to eat the whole thing slowly one piece at a time.  Trigger gone.  I'm a little bit sad, but it was neccessary.  Seriously.

Breakfast - coffee, splenda and ff non dairy creamer.

Lunch - Quest protein bar chocolate brownie flavor.

Tried to hard boil some eggs, forgot about them and they ended up burnt and exploded all over the kitchen, living room and dining room.  Those things have some distance!

Green tea.

Hot chocolate.

Bottle of water.

Hour of yoga followed by an hour at the gym.

Quinoa "spaghetti" and a sf russell stovers coconut  candy.

good 'on ya for ditching the apple pie if it was causing you trouble!

This has been a weird eating day for me. I've eaten a LOT of more snack type food than real food.

B - quest apple pie
L  - just a little (3oz or so?) Nik's Mexican Lasagna
D? S? - (over about 5 hours)  -  quest pb&j;  turkey pepperoni & laughing cow cheese;  Fage Greek Yogurt w/ SF preserves and kashi go lean crisp.

According to myfitnesspal.com I am right at about 1000 calories, so I am done... even if I end up with the munchies after work because I have eaten snacks all day!

As far as exercise all I have done is jogging 5 flights of stairs so far at work (should get at least another 2 flights by the time I leave).  I did walk the stairs at church  :)
