Didn't see a thread for today....

I worked out with the trainer in my 2nd of 8 group workouts - 1 hr. It was craziness and my legs are like someone tied cinderblocks to my shoes!

B - most of a chocolate / PB2/ half banana / piece of Quest browine shake
L - Nik's Magic Meatballs, green beans, steamed squash
D - same as lunch
S - laughing cow cheese (1) and reduced fat triscuits (4)

ugh... have to edit because I ate about 1/3 of a cupcake - no icing. I guess the bright spot is pre-op I would have eaten 3-4 cupcakes. I am too afraid of the "blahs" I get with too much sugar though so that is AWESOME

Breakfast was a Chobani pineapple greek yogurt

Snack was a bottle of water + lemonade protein mix, about 30 calories

Lunch was two scrambled eggs + 1 white and 1 cup of green peas

Dinner was a salad bar salad - Mixed greens, chickpeas, chicken breast, beets, hardboiled egg, sunflower seeds, mushrooms, and carrot, with a little light Italian.

Dessert will be a SF Jello cup.

I spent the afternoon at the dog park, followed by a 1.5 mile walk around the foot trails. Wish I had been more active today. I plan to hit the gym tomorrow.

Not a great eating day for the Nikster:

1. Slice of WW bread w/ 2 tbsp crunchy PB
2. 1/2 roast beef sammich on WW and a side salad with ginger dressing
3. Hot Click
4. Too many damn pretzel rods w/ honey roasted PB
5. Pepperoni tortilla pizza

Now I must go run off these carbs. Laterz!

What is this Clic****ep hearing about? This is the third time I've seen it today. Is it coffee? Protein powder? Hot chocolate?

Click is kind of a protein coffee, I believe. I don't do coffee so I have never tried it. I don't think it is high protein, it is more of the theory that some protein is better than none?  But like I said... never used it so I probably have no room to comment lol

Click is a protein shake with espresso powder added.  It is available in mocha or vanilla latte.  I get mine from amazon.com with free shipping.  My husband and I have one every day.  It easily heats up after you mix it in the microwave or serve over ice.  It has 15 grams of protein and I mix with milk for a little extra protein.

Enjoy :)
