Exercise
So... What kinds of things do yall do for exercise? I mean something fun. I was thinking about saving up for a boxing bag and some gloves. I like boxing. It seems fun. What do yall think? Is it something fun enough that I would do it? Please reply and let me know. Give me some ideas of fun exercise things to do.

I just started playing the Wii game "Just Dance 3" on "Sweat Mode". I'm not very good at doing the moves but it doesn't matter.. it gets me moving and sweating and its fun! Some of the songs I can sing along with through my huffing and puffing. Its a good workout even if you don't have good coordination or rhythm. Plus I get to work towards earning sweat points and unlocking different new stuff in the game and getting "awards".. all this appeals to my competitive spirit and love of gaming.
For me I
Run
Swim
Bike/Spin
Lift weights
Early out I took TaeKwonDo and had a blast with it but then got to a point where I need to focus on the Run Bike Swim aspect of training and dropped the TKD.
Spin classes are great and there really is no but I am to big excuse. I have been in spin classes with guys that have to weigh in at 3 bills. You are right though in looking for something you will enjoy as this will keep you going back, but also make sure it is in a format or with an instructor that will force you to push yourself.
Sometimes we believe we are pushing ourselves and infact we aren't. Last Sunday in my 2 hour spin class I believed I had my resistance at a good point and ended up adding 6 full turns of resistance to get where the instructor was satisfied with the effort, I will say I had a much better workout thanks to him.

I started out doing zumba but I find that I LIKE doing the traditional "exercise" stuff that bores most people to tears. Eliptical, treadmill, stepper, free weights, machine weights. For me it's my mental zone out time. My mind can totally empty out and I kinda zone it from everything and its kinda white noise for me. Its really the only tie my brain "turns off" (besides sleep and when I'm really stressed not even then).
