Yes, I had it really bad for a while. It was really prominent during the evening hours when I wasn't real active.
This is what the doc said.

You body has a lot of peripheral circulation that used to supply all the extra body tissue. The blood will still pool in those areas and it may take some time for your body to adapt.
Also you calorie content is down so that plays a part in it too.
It has gotten better, I haven't had an issue with it for months now. It was bad enough that it caused me to fall twice during it's peak.

The first time you do something - It's going to be a personal record!
Yes! I call them white outs. I stand up and everything goes white. Have to grab onto something so I don't fall. I'm 3 1/2 months out. I told my doctor about it at my 3 month checkup and they said to journal when it happens and check my BP and blood sugar when it happens. My BP seems to be low now. Sugar has been fine every time. Seems to be getting worse. Sometimes I'm dizzy just sitting.
Yes. It happens to me quite a but. My surgery was the day after yours. I haven't been able to narrow it down to one specific thing, but I spoke with my nut yesterday and suggested that I go ahead and start the phase 3 part of my diet whi*****ludes more carbs and puréed foods. This means I can now eat runny oatmeal! I am feeling a little better although it's hard to say because I also wrenched my back so have been sleeping in the afternoon. But it could also be dehydration, low blood pressure or blood sugar, or simply because we aren't eating much so our bodies are weak. And we just had major surgery.
