Do any of U have problem's with Whey Protein or Whey in cheese.  I thought I was Lactose I've used the over the counter pills for the bloating & gas.  But does not help me at all.  Not sure I'm really Lactose I believe its just from the Whey.  I started doing testing on my self.  Just drinking one glass of milk no cheese or yogurt that day.  I'm fine not having any bloating or gas.  I add cheese to my diet some problems with soft cheese's not hard cheese. I also noticed it with cheese cracker's the small ones cheez-it 's & read the label there is both milk & whey it this product.. Does anyone else have this Problem??

Based on your testing I'm not sure it's whey. Milk contains whey. Milk is basically made up of whey (the protein), lactose (the sugar) and water. So if you drink milk, you are getting whey.

But I could be totally wrong. To answer your basic question, yes there is such thing as whey intolerance and yes some post-ops get it. But if you drink milk, theoretically, you shoudl be able to do milk products, yes?

if the whey is the dry mix   be sure you mix it very very well and you have to keep it mixed while you are drinking it if you dont it can give you an upset stomach kinda like having lactose problems

I had the Cheez-its about 5 crumble on top on soap for lunch.  I've had the soap before.  So the next day I just a 2 Cheez-its chewed really well & they made me sick.  I read the package & it show's the Whey.  The funny thing is I've had milk now for 2 day's just a glass a day & I'm not having the bloating or gas at all.  So I'm going to try adding more then 1 glass of milk a day & see if its when I have to much milk & cheese products together.  Thanks for asking girl..Hugs.

I'm more inclined to think its the refined flour in the cheese itz. we should only have whole grain. Refined flour turns to sugar and our systems don't kind sugar of any kind. I don't have a box to check but I imagine the fat content is a little high too
