Chest pain after vomiting
I'm 6 weeks out RNY and had a bout of vomiting last night. I think something was stuck or I over ate, I'm not sure. Anyway, this morning I have upper abdomen pain into my chest and right side of my face. It's worse when I inhale and when I swallow. I haven't eaten anything since the vomiting but I have been drinking and that causes pain,too. Anyone else have this? What do you do to feel better?

You probably just strained something vomiting or maybe it just inflammed your throat a bit. Of course if the pain is severe you should contact your doctor. Otherwise, stick to soft foods and keep hydrated (even if it hurts some to drink) and it will probably feel better in a day or so.
