I did! Woot! Thanks to my pledge on Nik's blog, I have worked even harder to hold myself accountable.

B - 2 pieces laughing cow light cheese (swiss)
L - 1 1/2c Nik's Chicken Pot Pie (YUM!!) and about 1c peas from my garden and butterbeans
D - steamed tilapia and 1/2c steamed cabbage

It is STORMING so I have hopes of a movie night with some cottage cheese and strawberries.  If another snack comes up, it will most likely be turkey pepperoni and cheese.

No, I haven't. I'm fighting a cold, temp and everything, so it's hard to eat cause I'm not hungry and can only eat 1/2 an ounce at a time. So I had roast beef for breakfast and the same for lunch, 1/2 once each time. I hate being sick. But usually, when I'm not feeling under the weather, I eat my 3 meals a day, 2 ounces each and I get my fluids in.

Um...the concept of a plan is pretty loose in my world on the weekend. So no, I didn't eat what I said I was going to eat but I did eat fairly well. My NUT has been slowly convincing me that it is not a bad thing to eat normal, healthy portions. I find that when I do, I do not snack. At all. So maybe there is some merit to what she's saying. Maybe.

Here's what I've had:

1. 2 egg whites, veggie hash (onions, peppers, squash) with a laughing cow light wedge, some diced bacon and salsa in a whole wheat pita

2. 6-inch turkey/breast ham sub from Subway with lettuce, tomato, onions, black olives, banana pepper and light mayo

I'm about to make myself some cottage cheese and Fiber One for "dinner" (I can't explain why, but am not a big fan of dinner. My biggest meal tends to be lunch.)
