Pizza question
Is cheese on your food plan yet? Keep in mind that the cheese on a restaurant pizza is gonna be full fat cheese, not low fat.
And getting sick in restaurant bathrooms is no fun - it's happened to me a time or two.

I would just ask the waitress if the cook can make something you are able to eat. I wouldn't take a chance plus that is not something you want to continue eating in the long run. You are trying to start a new healthy phase of your life.
I've gone to restaurants and I just ask the waitress if I can have what I am able to eat. I explain I just had RNY surgery and they are very understanding.

THREE weeks is way too early to start on pizza even if you don't eat the crust. Sorry. Give your new pouch a break and take your food along if you have to go out. No one wants to deny their kids or DH food that they like but you have just gone through serious surgery to get healthy so don't go down that path again.
