If I remember correctly, when I was 1 month out I was still on the soft foods phase. I was released at 6-8 weeks for a normal diet for life. The key words I remember were "as tolerated" and "progress your diet slowly". I took that to mean if I couldn't tolerate a food one time, give yourself a couple of weeks before trying it again. Plus I didn't add more than one new food at a time, because if I didn't tolerate something well, I wouldn't know what it was that caused the problem if I were trying a whole hosts of different foods at a time.

I've been very lucky in my food tolerances, I have more issues with the mechanical process of eating mindfully -- taking too big of bites, eating too fast, not chewing well enough.

Hope it goes as well for you.

I'm one month out today and I still can't have raw veg, beans, steak, fruit w/ peels or seeds. Every plan is different though.

I am the same, no raw vegetables or seeds and VERY careful with meats. Very low amounts of carbs. To be honest, I was very excited about getting to eat "regular" foods last week but nearly every time I do I get nauseas so I'm going back to basics.
