Yet another Iron question
Is it ok to take my iron and vit c after eating cheese? I have a hard time taking vitamins on an empty stomach, but I eat some for of calcium at almost every meal it seems. I know I have to wait 2 hours after taking my calcium supplement to take my iron, but does that apply to any amount of calcium? Thanks for any input :)
Less than 300 mg calcium will not affect the absorption of iron. More than that will.
