Therapist referral?
Might be good to post this message as well on the Washington State Forum - sometimes they have slow responses but possibly more local opinions!
I usually recommend people either search on Psychology Today's website Find-A-Therapist, as you can filter by your zip code and what specialties you're looking for or contact your insurance company and ask for just specializing in eating disorders/weight loss. Often clinicians who are also hypnotherapists can be very useful in weight issues. Good luck!
